Phillip Sexton

Phillip was born and raised in Mt. Vernon.  He is married to Morgan, which if you visit Second Baptist you might hear her beautiful voice or hear her playing the djembe during praise and worship.  They have three boys; Aiden, Abel, and Silas. 

Phillip served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Yorktown from 2000-2004 and served in the Iraq war.  Phillip works at Continental Tire as an electrician.  His hobbies include camping, hiking, woodworking, and eating ice cream when he can.
