Conan was raised in McLeansboro, IL. He and his wife Danielle were married in 2006 and they have three children: Ethan, Anna, and Abigail.

Conan loves spending time with his family, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, reading (mostly books on theology; and the works of J.R.R. Tolkien), traveling, and playing various instruments.
